Because there's something wrong with the site's official exe patch, here's the manual patch, courtesy of Mizuumi.net's Ougon Musou Kyoku Wiki section. This patches Willard H. Wright, Lambdadelta, Bernkastel, as well as new CG art. Just simply overwrite the files in your game's directory with the patch folder's contents.
Or if you want to try your luck, you can try the official site's mirror.
I wouldn't recommend it though since it seems to be broken at the moment.
