Arc System Works announces BlazBlue: Chrono Phantasma

We've all heard it, right? Rumors of a BlazBlue 3 circulating around the net as of lately. Well, earlier today, not only did Arc System Works confirm another installment of the series, they've also announced three new characters, new moves for existing characters, updated costumes and a promotional video.

Notes:

※ Features three new characters: Amane=Nishiki, Bullet, and Azrael.
※ Features additional movesets for existing characters and updated costumes.
※ Undergoing localization tests at Akihabara's Hey Arcade Monday, August 6th til Sunday, August 12th.
※ Game itself is set to be released in Arcades later on this Winter (i.g. November) in Japan.
※ Rumored to be released on XBOX 360 and PlayStation 3 in JP and US next Summer (i.g. June/July) of 2013.
